However, the best sales happen in May over Memorial Day weekend, which happens during the last weekend of the month. 12. Prom Dresses
For most of the country, prom season is just around the corner, meaning you’ll find the greatest discounts on popular dresses in February. Since many proms are in April and May, February gives stores just enough time to order dresses and make any necessary alterations.
